PURPOSE: A remote record guide apparatus capable of recording all record guide devices in an electronic switch system with a uniform quality of a sound and reducing a recording time by simultaneously recording much sound is provided. CONSTITUTION: The remote record guide method in an electronic switch system comprising, the method comprising the steps of: remotely starting a recording operation with respect to a record guide apparatus by an upper process board when paths are formed in channels of a record source device and the record guide apparatus; recording a kind of a record message and record time information in a mutual communication area when the recording operation is started by the upper process board; reading remoter recording information from the mutual communication area, recording a size of a message to be stored in a memory, and transmitting time and remote record information to a control section; and completing a remote record by producing a memory select signal, a write enable signal, and an address by the control section.
