PURPOSE: A device for reporting a location of a parked motor vehicle is provided for a driver to record the location of the parked motor vehicle by using a voice. CONSTITUTION: A device for reporting a location of a parked motor vehicle comprises:a motor vehicle fixing apparatus(100) wirelessly outputting a motor vehicle inherent recognition information in response to a handy apparatus inherent recognition information wirelessly transferred from a handy apparatus(200); and the handy apparatus wirelessly outputting the handy apparatus inherent recognition information and wirelessly receiving the motor vehicle inherent recognition information from the motor vehicle fixing apparatus for detecting a receiving sensitivity and indicating the direction of the highest receiving sensitivity for recording a voice and replaying the recorded voice by a manipulation of a user.
