PURPOSE: A driving position memory device is provided to recognize individually two keys offered when deliveries a motor vehicle for improving a convenience of the motor vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A driving position memory device includes:an actuator(200); an actuator driving unit(130); a key recognizing unit(100) for recognizing a key inserted into a key holder; and a controlling unit(120) for controlling the actuator driving unit for fitting the driving position to a first driver through the actuator if the key judged in a key judging unit(110) is a key(k1) of the first driver while controlling the actuator driving unit for fitting the driving position to the second driver through the actuator if a key(k2) is of the second driver.
