PURPOSE: A mascot doll manufacturing method is provided to maximize the productivity by simplifying the manufacturing process, to reduce the manufacturing cost and to be efficiently manufacture small mascot dolls. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of:making the molding and manufacturing of a figure to be manufactured by a weaver using a jacquard accomplished at one time, making the figured part to be divided into an upper surface(5) and a lower surface(6), forming a hollow core part(2) inside, and forming the outline in an adhered part(3) having the upper and lower surfaces to be adhered; compressing the adhered part of the outline of the doll using a heat cutter heated by electric heat, cutting the adhered part of the upper and lower surfaces made up of synthetic resin by the heat, and forming a doll by the outline; and filling a filling agent(4) into the hollow core part between the upper and lower surfaces using an injector(8) to inject the filling agent by air pressure and completing a mascot doll.
