PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a reproduction process of a secret document, for example, a duplication.

SOLUTION: A first means and a second means are provided. Each means detects a feature quantity possessed by a dot pattern for an output-prohibiting judgement included in the image data of a draft image from the image data, and judges whether an identity property is recognized or not by comparing the detected feature quantity with a first reference feature quantity or a second reference feature quantity stored in a first storage area (included in a dot pattern detecting portion 210) or in a second storage area (included in RAM204c) as the feature quantity of the output-prohibiting dot pattern. The first means and the second means execute different processes for judging whether the identity property is recognized or not between the detected feature quantity and the first or the second reference feature quantity. For example, the first means executes a process which has a few excessive judgements and a lot of judgement omissions, and the second means executes a process which has a lot of excessive judgements and a few judgement omissions.
