<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the amount of the hot water to be discharged until the hot water of the optimum temperature is obtained while keeping optimal the temperature of the hot water to be injected from the shower nozzle from the beginning. <P>SOLUTION: The low-temperature cold water from the first path 11 and the high-temperature hot water from the second path 12 are put together with a mixing cock 10 and then, supplied to the shower nozzle 30a or the like via the third path 15, shower valves 20 and 21 and a drain water tank 19. The first drain valve 28 is provided to drain the hot water in the path 15 and a flow rate control valve 29 to limit the flow rate of the drain water from the first drain valve 28. The second water drain valve 36 is provided to drain the hot water in the path between the shower valves 20 and 21 and the shower nozzle 30a or the like. A controller U controls the opening or closing of the shower valves 20 and 21 and the first drain valve 38 according to the temperature of the hot water within the path 15 as detected with a temperature sensor S1.
