<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a proxy contract agent to make an electric power supply contract with a power producer in place of an electric power consumer. <P>SOLUTION: A computing part 33 selects two or more pieces of electric power consumption pattern information from an electric power consumption pattern information storage part 343 of a storage part 34 so that the total of consumed electric power quantities indicated by the pieces of electric power consumption pattern information will be within a predetermined margin range with respect to a contract capacity indicated by electric power supply contract candidate information during each predetermined period.
