CURRENT DRIVING DEVICE AND DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in the output currents among different driver LSIs in the case a display device is driven by using a plurality of the driver LSIs.

SOLUTION: A first chip 20 and a second chip 22 are adjacently arranged. The first chip 20 is provided with a current supply section 8 which includes a current mirror and outputs the driving current, a MISFET 2 for current distribution, a MISFET 3 for current input which is connected to the MISFET 2 for current distribution and transmits the current to the current supply section 8, and a second MISFET 12 for current distribution which constitutes the current mirror with the MISFET 2 for current distribution. The second chip 20 is provided with a second MISFET 16 for current input which is connected to the second MISFET 12 for current distribution. The MISFETs for current distribution and the MISFET for current input which are connected to each other have an equal ratio of W/L.
