Since a grounding pin 191 is set to minus, even when plus current flows from a first igniter 112a to a second igniter 112b, the current flows in only the minus grounding pin 191 so that there is no possibility such that the second igniter 112b may be activated erroneously by the activation of the first igniter 112a.
