<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording sheet which enables attainment of a photo-like gloss and a high-accuracy image and is free from the lowering of a printing grade such as head rubbing of an inkjet printer. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording sheet comprises an ink accepting layer constituted mainly of inorganic particulates on a substrate which is prepared by providing a polyolefin resin layer by coating on both sides of original paper having a basis weight of 140-210 g/m<SP>2</SP>.
