PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit that has a simple structure with a high current capacity between a gate and a power source and that can stabilize a gate voltage after feeding a constant current to the gate.SOLUTION: A driving circuit comprises: a gate driving node; a power node; an output transistor which is connected between the gate driving node and the power node and sending a current to the gate driving node; an input transistor which constitutes a current mirror with the output transistor and has a smaller size than the output transistor; an operational amplifier which outputs a control voltage corresponding to the potential difference between a voltage supplied according to a voltage of the gate driving node and a constant voltage lower than a voltage of the power node; a control transistor which has a control electrode to which an output from the operational amplifier is supplied and which is connected in series to the input transistor; and a constant current source which is connected in series to the control transistor. |
