A transaction system: receives comment information for a transaction object inputted by a user from a comment input terminal device as a terminal device used by the user; recognizes the user identifier for identifying the user who has inputted the comment information; generates link information corresponding to the transaction object concerning the received comment information and used for registering the benefit information for the user identified by the recognized user identifier; selectively embed-generates the screen information constituting a display screen including the comment information while correlating the generated link information to the comment information; and transmits the generated screen information to a read terminal device as the terminal device used by other user.
