A wireless base station performs communication with a mobile station by s etting a signaling control channel and a common data channel. The wireless b ase station is provided with a notification information generating means for generating notification information including one or a plurality of informa tion blocks; a scheduling information generating means for generating schedu ling information of the one or the plurality of information blocks; and a no tification information transmitting means for transmitting the scheduling in formation as a part of the notification information.
