CONNECTOR FOR BALANCED TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balanced transmission connector capable of suppressing thickness.

SOLUTION: The balanced transmission connector includes: a socket attachable to and detachable from an optical cable; a photoelectric conversion part installed on the bottom of the socket; and an external connection connector for the purpose of connecting to external equipment. A first inside connection connector which is installed on a face opposite from the socket in the photoelectric conversion part and a substrate which has a card edge type first connector part installed on one end are included, and the substrate and the photoelectric conversion part are electrically connected by allowing the first connector part to inserted into the first inside connection connector.
