PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice mill having a structure for rapidly preventing generation of unmilled rice with a simple device. SOLUTION: The rice mill includes a grain milling chamber (N) provided with a grain supply port (15) and a grain discharge port (19), a storage hopper (10) for storing grains to be supplied to the grain milling chamber (N), and pressure control means (25) provided on the side of the grain discharge port (19) and controlling pressure for milling grains in the grain milling chamber (N). The rice mill includes a processing step for preventing unmilled rice, in which immediately after starting rice milling or immediately before finishing rice milling, the pressure control means (25) is moved to a position for closing the grain discharge port (19) to mill the grains in the grain milling chamber (N), and further the rice mill includes grain dispensing means (M) for dispensing a predetermined amount of grains from the storage hopper (10), and the grains dispensed by the grain dispensing means (M) are supplied to the grain milling chamber (N) in the processing step for preventing unmilled rice, immediately before finishing rice milling.
