PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steamer and a table with steamer, in which a natural taste can be enjoyed without mixing of smells even in use of various food materials by minimizing the steam amount circulated to a steam generation part. SOLUTION: In the steamer and table with steamer, which includes a steam generation part, a baffle plate and a steam processing part, a heating device is arranged below the steam generation part, and the steam processing part is arranged above the steam generation part through the baffle plate provided with a steam passing part having a 0.1-30% vaporization area when the vaporization area of the steam generation part is 100%.
