PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting conductive paste capable of forming a conductive coating film which is excellent in workability and handling properties and has high electrical conductivity.SOLUTION: A thermosetting conductive paste contains conductive powder, a thermosetting epoxy resin, and a curing agent. The epoxy resin is a mixture containing a bifunctional or higher polyfunctional epoxy resin and a monofunctional epoxy resin. A mass ratio between the polyfunctional epoxy resin and the monofunctional epoxy resin is 7:93 to 45:55. When the conductive powder is 100 pts.mass, the total of the epoxy resin and the curing agent is 20-40 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
