PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate for an operation member to circulate a gas.SOLUTION: A holding tape for holding an electrode assembly 14 in a lamination direction is pasted to the electrode assembly 14. At a tab side end face 14c of the electrode assembly 14 having a portion to face a pressure receiving part S1 of a current interruption member 80, a holding tape t2 is pasted by avoiding the portion to face the pressure receiving part S1.
