PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of appropriately managing (recording or setting) an image quality adjustment parameter by reducing the labor of a user.SOLUTION: A parameter recording control device directly connected or indirectly connected to an external device which performs recording processing for recording image data includes: an input part for inputting the image data; an image quality adjustment part for performing image quality adjustment processing to the input image data by using the set image quality adjustment parameter; detection means for detecting the start of the recording processing of the image data by the external device; and recording control means for performing control to automatically record the image quality adjustment parameter set by the image quality adjustment part as an image quality adjustment parameter corresponding to the image data recorded by the external device in a storage part according as the start of the recording processing of the image data by the external device is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
