The objective of the invention is to provide a communication system wherein mobile management entities (MMEs) used in call processing can be dynamically changed in accordance with the load conditions and the like of the MMEs. A communication system of the present invention comprises communication control devices (10-12) and a node device (20) that executes call processing related to the communication control devices (10-12) and a communication terminal. The communication control devices (10-12) form a context sharing group that shares the subscriber data of the communication terminal. The node device (20) selects a first communication control device in the context sharing group and transmits a call processing message to the first communication control device. The first communication control device executes the call processing by use of the subscriber data shared in the context sharing group.
