<p>A system for hydrocarbon recovery includes an assembly for coupling a high-pressure steam pipeline to an injection well and for coupling a production well to a produced hydrocarbon emulsion pipeline and to a produced gas pipeline. The assembly includes steam piping for coupling to the high-pressure steam pipeline and to an injection well head to provide steam to the injection well, steam instrumentation and valves in fluid communication with the steam piping for controlling the steam in the assembly, produced hydrocarbon emulsion piping for coupling to the produced hydrocarbon emulsion pipeline and to an emulsion portion of a production well head to recover hydrocarbons from the production well, hydrocarbon instrumentation and valves in fluid communication with the produced hydrocarbon emulsion piping for controlling the hydrocarbons in the assembly, produced gas piping for coupling to the produced gas pipeline and to a produced gas portion of the production well head to recover produced gas from the production well, and produced gas instrumentation and valves in fluid communication with the produced gas piping for controlling the produced gas in the assembly. The system includes a first inlet in the steam piping for releasably coupling a first pipe spool to the assembly to provide a first fluid to the injection well, and a first valve for closing the first inlet and for opening the first inlet when the first pipe spool is coupled to the assembly, and a second inlet in piping at the production well head for releasably coupling a second pipe spool to the assembly to provide a second fluid to the production well, and a second valve for closing the second inlet and for opening the second inlet when the second pipe spool is coupled to the assembly.</p> |
