PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform band allocation according to required communication quality with a low delay while saving power in a communication system.SOLUTION: An optical splitter 7 multiplexes signals transmitted from termination devices 3-1 to 3-N to output to a terminal station device 2. The terminal station device 2 acquires traffic information which indicates a time-series traffic volume between the terminal station device 2 and the termination device 3, on the basis of each termination device 3. The terminal station device 2 extracts a traffic fluctuation period from the traffic information collected for the termination device 3 on the basis of each termination device 3, and divides the extracted fluctuation period into one or more time slots, to calculate a band allocation amount on the basis of the traffic volume in the time slot indicated by the traffic information. According to a control schedule based on the band allocation amount for each time slot, the terminal station device 2 performs band allocation to the termination device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
