PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored curing agent composition instantaneously made to fade when cured, capable of reducing the content of volatile organic chemical substances such as styrene which is an unsaturated monomer remaining in cured product and aldehyde compounds, e.g. formaldehyde when curing a radical polymerization type thermosetting resin such as an unsaturated polyester resin or a vinyl ester resin by combined use with a metal soap and being stable at normal temperature and to provide a method for curing the radical polymerization type thermosetting resin and to provide a cured product. SOLUTION: The colored curing agent composition is composed of acetylacetone peroxide, a t-alkylperoxybenzoate represented by general formula in the figure and an azo-based dye.
