PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape adhering device capable of accurately, surely and efficiently adhere various kinds of tape raw material comprising a thin raw material and a raw material warped large, in regard to a device for drawing the wound tape by a required length, cutting it, and adhering it. SOLUTION: An upper roller part 32 is rotated, while pressurizing the tape from a tape reel 11 in the plane direction of the tape 11 from over and under thereof between a lower roller 31 to feed the caught tape to a cutting part 4 of a following stage. When the tape is cut by the cutting part 4, a forward and backward movement driving part 55 moves a suction part 51 in the horizontal direction so as to be separated far from the cutting part 4. A main elevating cylinder 54 lowers the suction part 51 till the tape piece reaches an adhering position on a card as an object of adhesion. After the tape is moved from the cutting position, in which the tape is cut by the cutting part 4, to an adhering position with a conveying part 5, the tape piece is adhered by thermo compression bonding.
