PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an automatic warehouse to an aging device for easily and correctly entering and dispatching a palette from a shelf of a rack to speed up aging processing and thereby to facilitate appropriate time management. SOLUTION: A push-pull device 10 for entering and dispatching the pallet 8 from the rack with the shelves 6 by a stacker crane 2. The push-pull device 10 has: a push-pull claw 12 performing push operation of the pallet 8 onto the shelf 6 and pull operation of the pallet out of the shelf 6; a drive device reciprocates the push-pull claw 12 through a linear guide device; and a link mechanism tilting the push-pull claw 12 to an engaging/disengaging position or a release position of the push-pull claw 12 with respect to the pallet.
