<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove easily and certainly unnecessary parts from a molded skin material. <P>SOLUTION: In a slush mold 35 for forming a slush skin material by supplying a powdered resin raw material on the heated mold surface 37 of the mold, by attaching and melting the mold to form a molten resin layer and cooling and hardening the molten resin layer, a protrusion 35c is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the product shape part of the mold surface 37 of the mold so as to protrude toward the inside of the mold over the whole circumference. A line protrusion 39 having a triangular cross-section whose posture is held so that its tip may be directed to the upside in the process of cooling and hardening the molten resin layer is integrally provided in the middle of the protrusion 35c on the side of the mold surface 37 over the whole circumference along the outer peripheral edge of a product shape part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
