A lens assembly for an optical engine is provided to install a lens to a lens mount stably by installing an elastic fastening member between the lens mount and a lens. A lens assembly for an optical engine comprises an optical engine case(110), a lens(130), a lens mount(120), and a fastening member(140). Various components are mounted in the optical engine case. The lens refracts light. The lens mount is attached to the optical engine case and the lens is inserted in the lens mount. The fastening member fixes the lens to the lens mount. The fastening member is elastic and disposed between the lens and the lens mount.
