An inertial brake system of a hauling type signboard trailer is provided to prevent the inertial brake system from being damaged by an external impact and to perform the original braking function for a long time. An inertial brake system of a hauling type signboard trailer comprises a main braking device(2) and a parking braking device(3). The main braking device(2) has one side connected to a drawing ring(4) and the other side connected to a master cylinder(5). The main braking device(2) comprises a movable section(22), a buffering section, a buffering member adjusting section, a braking controller(25), a buffering member, and a buffering member adjusting nut(241). The buffering section is formed at the bottom surface of the movable section(22). The buffering member adjusting section is formed at the bottom surface of the buffering section. The braking controller(25) has one end connected to the bottom surface of the buffering member adjusting section and the other end connected to the master cylinder(5). The buffering member is inserted into the buffering section.
