<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability inverter device capable of suppressing emission of radiation noise. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter device is equipped with a power factor improving circuit 8, having a switching element 6 and an inverter circuit 10 connected to the output of the power factor improving circuit 8, wherein the switching elements 11, 12 on the high-potential side and the low-potential side of the inverter circuit 10 are thermally connected to respective first and second heat sinks 13, 14, and a switching element 6 is thermally connected and set to the lower surface of a third heat sink 18, together with the pattern of the substrate connected to the switching elements. Accordingly, the switching element 6 to be operated by hard switching control and the pattern connected to the substrate are suppressed from the emission of radiation noise by the shield effects due to the heat sink 18, enabling prevention of noise imparted to the control circuit part of the substrate and of increase in the emitted radiation noise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
