<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter for a semitransmissive liquid crystal display device having a bright reflection part without spoiling adhesiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter for the semitransmissive liquid crystal display device has a color pixel formed on a transparent substrate, wherein the color pixel has a transmission part and the reflection part adjacent to the transmission part, the transmission part comprises a first colored resin layer formed on the transparent substrate, the reflection part comprises a transparent layer formed on the transparent substrate and a second colored resin layer formed so as to extend from the first colored resin layer and run on the transparent layer and having a film thickness thinner than that of the first colored resin layer and a hole is formed in the second colored resin layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
