Disclosed is a biosensor strip take-out device. The biosensor strip take-out device according to the present invention is characterized by including: a body receiving a biosensor strip inside and having a take-out hole through which the strip is taken out; a sealing lever having a blocking piece closing the take-out hole and rotated in an opening direction that the blocking piece opens the take-out hole around a first rotary shaft and in a closing direction opposite to the opening direction; an opening plate connected to the sealing lever or supporting the sealing lever to rotate the sealing lever in the opening direction and the closing direction while sliding in the front and rear sides of the body; and a take-out plate sliding in the same direction with the opening plate by being interlocked with the opening plate and pressing the strip to the front side from the rear side. The present invention provides a compact biosensor strip take-out device capable of easily taking out the strip when using the strip and obtaining an excellent strip protection effect by closing an internal space of the body as the strip is taken out when the take-out hole is opened by the opening and taking out plates mutually interlocked and moving together.
