PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked cooler which can cool a thick object to be cooled and have high durability.SOLUTION: A stacked cooler 1 includes two cooling tubes 20a and 20b arranged in parallel so as to be respectively contact with an electronic component 3 as objects to be cooled as well as being connected to each other to form a flow channel for a coolant. The cooling tubes 20a and 20b respectively include projecting tubes 27a and 27b extending toward an arrangement direction thereof as well as being connected to each other via a connecting tube 30 disposed between the projecting tubes 27a and 27b opposite to each other. Enlarged diameter parts 32 enlarging in diameter as being separated from a center part 31 of the connecting tube 30 in a longitudinal direction and a flange part 33 extending outward from the enlarged diameter part 32 as well as bonding to the projecting tube 27a or 27b are formed on both ends of the connecting tube 30. |
