摘要 The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of tissue injury caused by irradiation which comprises silkworm hemolymph as an active ingredient. Particularly, when the silkworm hemolymph of the present invention was administered to an animal model with liver damage induced by irradiation, plasma AST and liver MDA were significantly decreased, indicating that the silkworm hemolymph of the invention can be effectively used as a composition for the prevention and treatment of disease caused by the exposure on radiation including tissue injury caused by irradiation, etc.
