Disclosed are a method for mining machine beam impact tooth rack insertion holes to be provided with main and side reciprocating teeth, and a device wherein mining machine beam impact tooth rack insertion holes are provided with main and side reciprocating teeth, said device comprising an integrated block sealing guiding and rotation-stopping box (1), a reciprocating power device (2), linking guiding and sealing tooth insertion bases (3), beam impact tooth racks (21), main reciprocating teeth (4) and side reciprocating teeth (5), the main reciprocating teeth (4) comprising main impact teeth (8) and main tooth bodies (9), the main tooth bodies (9) comprising upper main tooth bodies (19) and lower main tooth bodies (20), the beam impact tooth racks (21) split-body connecting or integrating the upper main tooth bodies (19) and the lower main tooth bodies (20) via main tooth body connecting beams (24), the side reciprocating teeth (5) being arranged on the beam impact tooth racks (21), the side reciprocating teeth (5) comprising side tooth heads (10) and side tooth bases (11). Arranging the side tooth bases at the top and bottom and laterally matching the various side tooth heads increases the mining width and depth, alters the former situation of flat plate and tooth base discharge difficulties caused by a plurality of reciprocating impact tooth bases being arranged on a lateral plane on a same flat plate, increases the strength of the main reciprocating teeth, extends the service life of the main reciprocating teeth, and facilitates the removal of the side tooth heads. |
