摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computer tomographic device that can improve the perceptibility of an image created by low dosage scan.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an energy management system controls an electric apparatus installed in an object area. The energy management system comprises an image sensor and an energy management server. The image sensor photographs the object area, and obtains and outputs human information indicating the state of a person in the object area and environmental information on the environment in the object area per division area of a plurality of areas into which the object area is divided from the photographic image of the object area. The energy management server is connected with the image sensor via a communication network, and performs task-ambient control of the electric apparatus on the basis of the human information and environmental information per division area output by the image sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
