PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestrian approach notification device, pedestrian approach notification system, computer program, and pedestrian approach notification method that can prevent unnecessary notification.SOLUTION: A pedestrian approach notification device comprises: a boarding determination unit that determines whether or not a passenger is boarding a vehicle if a reception unit receives identification information to identify a person and a vehicle from a plurality of communication devices; and a notification control unit that controls a notification unit not to give notice if the boarding determination unit has determined that a passenger is boarding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
