PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that achieves a new energization control capable of suppressing an internal heat generation quantity when performing an energization control aiming at both energization time and charge/discharge quantity.SOLUTION: On the basis of an energization target condition including at least continuous energization time T and target charge/discharge quantity (storage battery capacitance Q and required variation width ΔSOC), a reference command value ifor satisfying an energization target condition when continuous energization is performed with a constant current is determined.
