<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock-absorbing material which is used for a product of an arbitrary shape and recyclable. <P>SOLUTION: The shock-absorbing material has a flat portion 100 and an annular inclined portion 200 which is disposed on an outer circumference of the flat portion 100, and inclined with respect to the flat portion 100.
