<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument for measuring a work in a machine tool improved to attain using convenience for a user, by a simple and inexpensive means. <P>SOLUTION: In this measuring instrument for measuring the work in the machine tool having a probe 3 displaceable along a radial and/or axial direction(s), and for converting a displacement of the probe into a linear motion of a slider interlocked with an operation device connected to a display 6 by a conversion system, the display is provided with numeral display 9 and pattern display 10, the operation device connected to the display has an electronic computer, and two elements arranged in front of the computer and relatively movable each other, and includes a range finder for generating an electric output. One of the elements is arranged on the slider, and an output terminal of the other element arranged fixedly to be opposed to the element is connected to an input terminal of he electronic computer for generating control signals for the numeral display and the pattern display of the display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
