PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply roller which conquers poorness of detachability in release from a molding die and can suppress or prevent a rise of the hardness of the roller due to penetration of toner. SOLUTION: In the toner supply roller comprising polyurethane sponge formed by reacting a polyol with a polyisocyanate, a slow reactive silicone having a group which is reactive with the polyisocyanate or polyol and has slower reactivity than at least one group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a primary amino group and a secondary amino group is used as an internal release agent.
