The two-wheeler (1) has at least one gas, preferably pneumatic, spring element and/or damping element for the front and/or rear chassis that can be filled with air with the aid of a compressor or emptied to vary its length. It has sensors for determining the current frame (2) height, a switch for triggering and ending the seat height adjustment and a control unit for starting and ending seat height adjustment with a switch pulse that controls the pneumatic damping and/or spring element to vary the length and hence the frame height above the ground. An independent claim is also included for a method of adjusting a cycle seat height.
