PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable sheet excellent in stretchability and stretch restoring properties, having a soft feeling and good followability and reduced in stiffness and especially a stretchable sheet material such as a nonwoven fabric, a film or the like having excellent aesthetic properties due to flocking, and a manufacturing method of them. SOLUTION: The flocked stretchable sheet comprises fibers with a fiber diameter of 3-20μm flocked on its surface and is characterized in that the basis weight thereof is 20-200 g/m<SP>2</SP>, the elongation at break thereof at least in one direction is 100% or above and the elongation recovery thereof at the time of 20% elongation is 80% or above. Fine fibers comprising a polyamide or a polyester are flocked on a nonwoven fabric comprising long fibers with a fiber diameter of 3-50μm or an extrusion film comprising the same material as the nonwoven fabric through an adhesive applied by a froth processing method.
