<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tuning device allowing a player to practice changing sound volume without fluctuating a pitch error value or maintaining the pitch error and the sound volume at fixed values. <P>SOLUTION: The tuning device is provided with: a fundamental pitch extraction means for extracting the fundamental pitch of musical instrument sound; a pitch name decision means for deciding the pitch name of the musical instrument sound being inputted, with the fundamental pitch extracted based on the fundamental pitch extraction means; a pitch error calculation means for comparing a reference pitch imparted to the pitch name decided by the pitch name decision means and the fundamental pitch extracted by the fundamental pitch extraction means and calculating the pitch error of the instrumental sound being inputted; a pitch name display unit for displaying the pitch name decided by the pitch name decision means; a pitch error indicator for indicating the pitch error value calculated by the pitch error calculation means; a sound volume-digital conversion means for converting the sound volume of the instrumental sound being inputted into a digital value; and a sound volume display unit for displaying the sound volume of the instrumental sound being inputted according to the digital value converted by the sound volume-digital conversion means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
