<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency of a prepreg production process by making a process for impregnating a prepreg base material with a resin material as simple as possible, and to improve the adhesion between aluminum foil and the prepreg to form a prepreg laminate for a sheet-like bulkhead material improving the strength of the bulkhead material, or a method for producing an insulating composite panel for a membrane type tank. <P>SOLUTION: In a laminated base material 2 for the prepreg of the sheet-like bulkhead material 1, both sides of the aluminum foil 4 are covered with a glass cloth 6 through an epoxy resin-based adhesive layer 5 applied by a dry lamination method, and they are integrated. The prepregs can be set on both sides of the aluminum foil by one impregnation with the resin material 7. Therefore, both of adhesive strength by the resin material 7 and an adhesive effect by the adhesive layer 5 are developed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
