<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate influence of power failure on a business continuity plan from the viewpoint of a power consumer. <P>SOLUTION: This power failure evaluation device comprises: a means which refers to data stored in a natural disaster data storage means, a power line data storage means, and a power failure cause data storage means and calculates the number of power failures for each power failure cause in location conditions input by an input means, a power line pull-in system, and a power receiving system; a means which refers to the data stored in the power line data storage means and determines areas influenced by one power failure, a means which calculates the number of power failures for each consumer for each power failure cause in the calculated number of power failures for each power failure cause, the location conditions input from the determined influence range, and the power line pull-in system and the power receiving system; a means which calculates the number of power failures for each consumer for each power failure time based on the number of power failures for each consumer for each power failure cause and the data stored in a power failure time data storage means; and a means which calculates an average power failure time from the number of power failures for each consumer for each power failure time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
