PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet apparatus capable of suppressing variations in ejection characteristics due to temperature change and to provide a control method of the liquid jet apparatus.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor provided in a recording head detects temperature when a recording head moves relatively to an outside of a facing region facing a platen heater. A drive signal generation circuit corrects an ejection pulse according to the detected temperature.
