The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of fan mussel shell jewelry and fan mussel shell jewelry manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method of fan mussel shell jewelry comprises: a step (step 1) of removing a fishy smell of a fan mussel shell; a step (step 2) of shaping the fan mussel shell whose fish smell has been removed; a step (step 3) of removing an outer layer of the shaped fan mussel shell; a step (step 4) of processing an outline of the fan mussel shell whose outer layer has been removed; a step (step 5) of putting a gloss on the fan mussel shell whose outline has been processed; a step (step 6) of painting the glossy fan mussel shell with gold powder; and a step (step 7) of affixing a decoration to the fan mussel shell painted with gold powder to manufacture fan mussel shell jewelry. A pearl layer of the fan mussel shell is used to make a nature-friendly and elegant accessory.
