PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve push notification service quality for a user at a terminal to be connected to a specific radio communication network.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 includes: a radio LAN access unit 11 for transmitting/receiving a radio signal to/from a radio LAN 31 by establishing connection with the radio LAN 31; and a push notification reception unit 13 for establishing a communication session for receiving a first push notification between a first push notification transmission unit 21 of an information distribution device 20 and itself through the radio LAN access unit 11 only when connection between the radio LAN access unit 11 and the radio LAN 31 is established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
