The present invention provides a dual structure packing pipe assembly for a packing machine of a stick product. The packing machine of the stick product folds two sheets of films in order for the films to overlap with each other by a film former while transferring the film supplied to a film feeding unit, and forming a stick type wrapping paper (4) by bonding one side of the overlapped two sheets of the film in a longitudinal direction by a sealing unit. The packing machine of the stick product also packs a content (2) supplied to the packing pipe assembly in a feeding unit of the content (2) in the stick type wrapping paper (4). The dual structure packing pipe assembly comprises: an outer pipe (20) installed in the packing machine of the stick product in order for the stick type wrapping paper (4) to pass by enclosing an outer circumference; an inner pipe (30) installed in the outer pipe (20) having a suction chamber (SC) between an inner circumference of the outer pipe (20), wherein the content (2) supplied from the feeding unit of the content (2) in the packing machine of the stick product descends to be packed in the packing machine of the stick product by the inner pipe (30); and a suction pipe (26) connected to the outer pipe (20) and connected to the suction chamber (SC) obtained between the outer circumference of the inner pipe (30) and the inner circumference of the outer pipe (20).
