The purpose of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article which, while preserving a desirable feel of a top sheet, is capable of arresting a detachment between the top sheet and an absorbing body to the extent possible and reliably preserving absorption performance. With the absorbent article, a top sheet (2) comprises: a plurality of protrusion parts (11) which are disposed extended in the lengthwise direction and formed with a predetermined interval therebetween in the width direction; and a plurality of depression parts which are disposed extended in the lengthwise direction and formed between the protrusion parts (11). The depression parts (12) further comprise a first concave part (21) which is provided with a first bottom part (22), and a plurality of second concave parts (26) which are formed within the first concave part (21). The second concave parts (26) further comprise second bottom parts (28) which have the highest fiber density within the top sheet (2). Second surface (2b) portions in peak parts (13) of the protrusion parts (11) are not bonded to an absorbing body (4). The second bottom parts (28) of the second concave parts (26) of the depression parts (12) are bonded to the absorbing body (4). |
